Spott Takes Eight Week Course on Strategic Leadership for Change

Business attorney and mediator Patrick Spott took the eight week course Strategic Leadership for Change from Peter Miller at the College of St. Scholastica.  The course explores the complex connections among strategy, leadership, and change management. Set in a global environment characterized by rapid technological change, it emphasizes the importance of a leader's capacity to anticipate, envision, and work collaboratively toward a viable organizational future.  This additional training builds on Spott's experience as a mediator.
