| Spott Law Office is sponsoring a lunch presentation by Rick Moran of the University of Wisconsin Superior entitled, "Developing Loyal and Happy Customers." The one hour seminar will be held on April 29, 2011 at noon at the offices of the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce located at 5 West First Street, Suite 101 in Duluth as part of their Small Business Development Series. Rick Moran is a full time instructor in the Business and Economics Department of the University of Wisconsin Superior, teaching a wide variety of business courses. Rick has extensive experience in entrepreneurism in and around the travel, advertising and electronic distribution industries and is also the principal at Riser Marketing. |
