The Small Business Development Series of the Duluth Area Chamber of Commerce is sponsored by Spott Law Office.  This program is designed to give Chamber members access to tools and resources that will assist them grow and strengthen their businesses. This series consists of 12 monthly seminars on topics that are directly related to small business.  The July 27, 2012 seminar features Rod Karwath of North Coast Communications speaking on "Chief Innovation Officer: You."
