Spott Receives Additional Alternative Dispute Resolution Training

Attorney Patrick Spott recently attended a training on Alternative Dispute Resolution entitled, "The Minnesota ADR Handbook Seminar."  Spott learned about the latest developments in mediation and arbitration in Minnesota.  Spott is a Alternative Dispute Resolution "qualified neutral."  This means Spott has completed the required training and ongoing continuing education requirements to appear on the Minnesota Supreme Court neutrals roster.  He is frequently called upon to mediate disputes involving businesses.
