Spott Appointed Senior Lecturer |

| Attorney Patrick Spott has accepted a temporary appointment as Senior Lecturer with the Department of Business and Economics of the University of Wisconsin Superior. As part of this appointment Spott will teach Business Law to undergraduates during the 2011-2012 academic year. Business Law I addresses the legal principles relating to business transactions. The course Includes the legal and social environment of business, contracts, choice of business entities, and selected elements of the Uniform Commercial Code. Spott focuses much of his full time practice of law on the needs of businesses, applying the principles he teaches. |
