Business Issues are Focus of Television Interview of Spott

PDF Print
Business attorney Patrick Spott was interviewed by KQDS Fox 21 for the Wednesday, November 30, 2011 9:00 pm newscast concerning wage and hour issues facing businesses and their employees.  Although financial institutions are eager to loan businesses money, underwriting requirements are very high in the current business environment.  As a result lines of credit are not readily available and cash flow has become a serious issue for many area businesses.  The consequence is that employees are sometimes not paid in a timely fashion.  Spott spoke about this problem and the steps employees should take if this happens.
