Biga Selected as Rotary District Governor for 2022 – 2023.

Attorney Kay Biga from the Spott Law Office is serving as the District 5580 Governor. District 5580 has 62 clubs throughout North Dakota, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Canada. The 2400 Rotarians in the district serve their communities by raising funds and hands on service projects.

Rotary International is working to eradicate polio in the world.
